Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentation guidelines

Oral presentations should be prepared by using PowerPoint.

Please bring your PowerPoint presentations on a USB (flash) drive to your assigned meeting room 15 minutes before your session begins. Co-chairs are requested to be present at this time to ensure that all presentations are in place when the session begins. Volunteers will be available on-site to assist with the upload process.

A 20 minute time period is allocated for each presentation. Each oral presentation will be a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 17 minutes long. Presentations will be timed by session chairs and will be interrupted if longer than 17 minutes.

There will be a 3-5 minute Q&A after each presentation.
