Unfortunately, at this time, our block of rooms at the Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort is sold out, except for a limited number of rooms for the nights of November 9 through 14. To avail of these rooms, please go to the online reservation link CONFERENCE OF FOOD ENGINEERING 2026.
Given the high demand for hotels in the big island of Hawaii, we recommend that attendees of CoFE 26 make accommodation arrangements directly with hotels in the Kailua-Kona area, where hotel prices are lower than in the Waikoloa beach area. A curated list of hotels may be found on this link.
Kailua-Kona is about a half-hour drive to the Hilton Waikoloa. We are currently working on providing bus transportation to and from Kailua-Kona to CoFE 26 at the Hilton Waikoloa on the dates of CoFE 26. More details forthcoming.
Attendees choosing to rent cars may drive directly to the Hilton Waikoloa and avail of the discounted self-parking at $24 plus tax available for conference attendees.

For those staying at the Hilton Waikoloa
CoFE attendees will be offered a special rate of $ 249+18.712% taxes for a single/double room. The resort charge waived ($48/night).
For third and fourth persons 18 & over- $50 plus taxes per person, per night.

- Private Car Service: Local providers like Seven Chips Transport and Tours or holoholo offer transportation. These require pre-booking and cost between $100 and $150 flat rate.

- Taxi / Rideshare: Airport taxis and rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are available curbside. A one-way fare to the resort ranges from $40 to $80 depending on real-time demand.
